We keeping coming back to this place because it's a true old gem amongst all these new and trendy food places! Their signature marinated pork is perfectly flavored - old school style, not too overly sweet, really letting the charcoal smoke be the star. The meat is super tender, while all the side dishes complement it well. You can tell that they make all their side dishes and Kimchi themselves, and that they take pride in it. The owner, despite his age, is always busy greeting each guest individually, and accommodating each table. He even comes over to show you how to grill it properly, and we are super touched by his passion and friendliness. It's not surprising that there are often long rows of tables being reserved for a company lunch or dinner. So far it was never difficult to get a table for lunch, but we also go there early, at around 11.30am. Highly recommended for people who crave a really authentic old school BBQ taste, and the awesome vibe and hospitality that comes with it!
