Meal budget per person (without drinks) Category 1 (under 60000 KRW, 50 USD) The restaurant has been since 1964 whose 1st generation owner Chef was from Sariwon, North Korea. In 2021, the 2nd generation owner Chef moved to this Seocho area. It has been listed from Blue Ribbon Survey since 2012 (-2015 and again 2020 upto 2023) and specializes in Grilled Short Rib Patties (소떡갈비 - Beef at 24K, 돼지떡갈비 - Pork at 14K) It has sweat flavor and savory taste. It is grilled upon order so it takes about 15 minutes. At a lunch time, Rice and Soy Bean Paste Soup is provided free of charge. Dumpling (보따리만두, 12K) is also tasty. Unfortunately, the menu is limited for 10 servings only because they are hand-made on the day. Its signature menu is cold noodles (Pyeongyang Nangmyeon, 평양냉면, 12K) But this time, I try Beef Healthy Soup (소고기보양탕, 10K) and the rich taste of the soup is excellent! The restaurant is recommended especially for family with Children or friends. Tables are not so spacious. 양지와 동치미로 낸 담담한 육수에 메밀과 전분을 균형잡아 매끈하게 뽑아낸 유려한 맛의 냉면. 좋은 원육과 부재료를 사용해 잡내가 없고 삼삼한 떡갈비와 쇠고기 보양탕 만둣국등의 맛이 편안하다. 정갈한 밑반찬과 스태프의 친절함도 돋보이는 동네의 라이징 스타 음식점.
