Without a doubt, this was the best beef intestines restaurant I’ve ever visited. The service was a little inexperienced at times. A couple of items were forgotten, and the staff seemed to be still learning. However, the food was so outstanding that it completely made up for any shortcomings. Everyone starts somewhere, and the incredible flavors made everything easy to forgive. The makchang was unbelievably chewy in the best possible way, with a rich, savory flavor that kept getting better with every bite. The gopchang was packed full of delicious filling with no empty pieces. One bite was enough to understand why this place is so popular. The daechang was enormous. Everyone at the table joked that it looked more like giant scallops than intestines because of the size. Crispy on the outside and filled with rich, flavorful fat on the inside—it was absolutely amazing. The complimentary beef heart was a little tough, but honestly, it didn’t matter. When the main dishes are this good, you simply don’t care. The fried rice was the only item that fell slightly short of the rest of the meal. The kimchi had a wonderfully crispy texture from being cooked on the pan, but overall it was a little bland for my taste. I probably wouldn’t order the fried rice again next time. That being said, it honestly doesn’t matter. The gopchang, makchang, and daechang were so incredible that such a minor complaint feels insignificant. The quality of the main dishes completely overshadowed any small shortcomings. Even better, it has only been about two hours since I finished eating, and I already want to go back. From now on, whenever I visit Korea, this will be one of my very first stops after landing in Incheon. If you love Korean beef intestines, this place is absolutely worth the trip. 동춘돌곱창” 운서역 2번출구 홍대거리에서 곱창을 먹고 싶을때 갈수 있어서 좋았어요 한우 곱창이어서.. 가격은 좀 있네요 친절하시고 맛있긴 합니다 운서역 2번 출구 곱창은 동춘돌곱창으로 갑시다~~!!!
