As someone who actively seeks out marinated raw/soy sauce crab, I had high expectations and this place exceeded them. The soy sauce crab was a perfect blend of salty and umami; the yangyeom crab was exceptional and not overly sweetened like other places will do to mask their less qualified crabs. Alongside steamed egg and doenjang jjigae and the banchan as ideal complements, this place ranks among the best gejang places you'll find. When you enter the restaurant, you will need to take off your shoes. The server/owner is kind but not overly attentive. The staff exude a quiet confidence that you know is a sign of a place that knows it makes a great product and provides a delicious service to the community. Cannot recommend enough. This is as close to a perfect meal as you can get. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
