Opening in 2017, Developing Room is one of the longest running specialty cafes in the Incheon area. Going strong for five years now, the cafe offers an impressive range of eight different specialty single origins at any one time, along with two house espresso blends Stay and Standard Room. The expansive studio-like space has a strong community feel to it, with large workbench seating areas, regular public cupping and brewing classes and even the occasional live music concert.
