韓国ソウルの江南高速ターミナルの中にある中華料理のチェーン店です。韓国でも本場の中華料理がブームのようで香港由来の中華料理店が流行っているようです。香港の点心は基本的に甘味が特徴的だという理解なのでベースの味は良いですが、香港の料理にしては油が少し多めのようで個人的にはあまり口に合いませんでした。海老餃子は海老の身がぎっしり入っていたので美味しかったのですが逆にいうとそれ以外の特徴はありませんでした。. I was craving dim sum, so I visited a nearby restaurant called DimDimSum. The place is clean and well-organized, and the layout makes it a comfortable spot to dine alone without feeling self-conscious. You are supposed to order by scanning a QR code, but if the scan doesn't work, the staff will bring you a paper order form. I tried the cucumber salad, Hargow, and Shumai. I enjoyed the cucumber salad's clean and mildly spicy taste. While the Hargow was okay with a generous shrimp filling, the Shumai had a bit of a gamy pork odor and fell short of my expectations. Overall, the value is decent, but the taste doesn't quite measure up to Din Tai Fung or other top-tier dim sum restaurants. Went here for lunch today while craving Chinese food in Korea, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. While it’s not fully authentic and is clearly tailored to Korean taste buds, the quality and flavor were outstanding. Service was excellent and very efficient—the dishes came out incredibly quickly without feeling rushed. I ordered the BBQ set menu (around 100,000 won), which offered great variety and value. It included a generous selection of cold dishes, several dim sum items, spicy beef noodle soup, Peking duck, char siu, and hot jasmine tea. Portion sizes were well-suited for three adults, and everything was consistently delicious. A great spot if you’re after high-quality Chinese-style cuisine with a Korean twist. Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
