Deep Coffee Roasters in Daegu is a hidden gem for serious coffee lovers. Located in a quiet alley in Bongsan-dong, the café doesn’t even have a sign, but it’s usually filled with people who know exactly what they’re looking for — really good coffee. The moment you step in, the space feels very different from typical cafés. The interior is modern and raw, with concrete walls, wooden textures, and a layout that feels more like a boutique espresso bar. There’s no loud music or flashy decorations — just the sound of beans being ground and coffee being brewed. What makes this place special is how focused it is on espresso. The baristas are incredibly skilled and serve each drink with care. I tried their signature "Caffe Baccio", which was rich and smooth, with a hint of chocolate and cream — not too sweet, just balanced perfectly. Watching them prepare everything behind the bar was like watching a quiet performance. It’s not a place to bring your laptop and sit for hours — it’s more of a spot to slow down, sip something amazing, and appreciate the craft.
