I randomly found this hotpot place while exploring Hongdae — and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The broth was incredibly flavorful. I tried the spicy “Hongtang” base, and it was way spicier than expected (in the best way)! The staff was super kind and adjusted the spice level for me. What I really liked was the DIY sauce bar — you can mix your own sauce to fit your taste. Portions were generous, and the vibe had this cozy, authentic Chinese feeling. If you're looking for a real hotpot experience in Seoul, this is a must-visit. Great for couples, groups, or even solo travelers :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
