For excellent value and an impressive variety of skidashi-style side dishes, 딱좋아 is hard to beat. We arrived at around 9:00 p.m., and it turned out to be a great place to relax over a few bottles of soju while enjoying a generous spread of seafood and Korean dishes. At approximately 23,000 KRW per person, the amount of food felt like an incredible bargain. The meal included shrimp tempura, steamed shrimp, nigiri, boiled octopus, raw abalone, sea pineapple, grilled mackerel, corn cheese, spicy maeuntang fish stew, seaweed soup, and a platter of fresh raw fish. The sheer variety made the meal feel like a feast, with a good balance of fried, grilled, steamed, raw, and comforting soup dishes. The seafood was fresh, particularly the sashimi, which had a clean flavor and pleasant texture. The grilled mackerel was savory and satisfying, while the corn cheese added a rich and slightly sweet contrast to the seafood. The spicy maeuntang was especially enjoyable toward the end of the meal, with its warming broth bringing everything together nicely. The service was prompt and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. Overall, 딱좋아 offers outstanding value for anyone looking to enjoy fresh seafood, plenty of side dishes, and soju in a casual setting. I would gladly return.
