it's good. But sad at the same time. Ramen and ramen are different, just as threpa and slippers have different meanings. In that sense, I think Tanji Ramen is a more suitable name than Tanji Ramen. Are the expectations too high? I was honestly a bit disappointed. Mushrooms that went up to garnish wanted something like this. It's a raw mushroom that hasn't been cooked at all, but if it's not that, I think I'll have to remove the bottom part and put it on. I ate red ramen, but I don't know what made it spicy, but red pepper powder? The spicy taste is sometimes chewed, but it was quite unpleasant. Rather, I think it is a way to consider the method of adding only the spicy taste and removing it or adding red pepper oil. The feeling when you put the noodles in your mouth for the first time is in a word It was 'overcooked'. The noodles are also moderately cooked, but compared to the texture of the noodles I ate at Geumsan Noodle Shop, this one was overcooked. It was difficult to feel the texture of the noodles themselves. And I don't know how the char siu was managed or how much it was cooked, but this was more overcooked than the noodles. Eggs were delicious. The Dutch coffee comes in a similar size to an espresso cup, aside from the taste, but I wish the amount was larger even if diluted with water. The quantity is too small. Can you recommend it to others? I ate it with the thought, but I don't think I can recommend it. If I get a chance, I'll try the regular non-spicy ramen. First of all, it is a restaurant that cannot be recommended by current standards.
