Rude staff. I tripped on the step and spilled my tray and before I could say anything the woman said I had to write a good google review in order to get a replacement coffee & no dessert replacement. I don't particularly care about replacing the items that spilled during my fall but I seriously injured my ankle and bruised my hand and knee and this woman didn't even bother to ask if I was okay. It was the rudest interaction I have experienced in Korea. I don't know if the coffee or desserts are good Service: 1
