There is a cafe called La Mer Panji located near the pavilion. I've been to a few pretty places in Gijang, and I felt like I did a lot of benchmarking. I went on a weekend afternoon and there were a lot of people and almost no place to sit. People usually eat a lot of coffee and bread, but the prices are two to three times more expensive than regular cafes. The biggest problem is that although the cafe is very large, there are only two coffee machines, so when I tried to drink coffee, I was told I had to wait for an hour haha. So I just looked at the view and ate some bread. It's near Ulsan, so go there at least once haha. Oh, parking is a mess too haha.
