Boss, did you change it? I've been going to this place since it opened before moving. The broth has become a bit bland. The parts of the chashu meat have changed, making it a bit thinner. The amount of toppings such as green onions and wood ear mushrooms has also decreased. It's a pity that I loved it so much that I stopped by just for the Ramenya alone. I don't care about the chashu or toppings, as long as the soup is thicker to its original state... 24/03/ Visit after a very long time It seems like it's been a few years since I visited because the taste has changed and I've stopped going. The taste is further downgraded. The chashu is lukewarm, the bean sprouts are cold, and the soup is lighter... I guess I really won't have to go there anymore.
