Everything was just a bit off. The 우육면 were bland and there was no richness or complexity to the broth. Would have appreciated being told that adding black vinegar and chili oil is what’s required, had to find out after when we asked the owner. The cucumber dish was worth 3,000 max, not 8,000. The fried noodles were too plain and without substance. The dim sum were extremely meaty/gamey tasting. Nothing was horrid but the combined experience was just lacking overall.
