This place is more popular to Vietnameses than local Korean people. They serve very traditional Vietnamese foods and even drinks. The waiter or waitress does not speak both English and Korean very well, so double checking your order pointing the menu to them is recommended. Cozy place to share with friends in Cheongju. I usually visit this restaurant with my friends or even alone to enjoy.
