A classic underground vibe. The staff is very kind and affable. The pizza is very tasty. But the oven needs to be replaced. Owner, I can see by the dough tossing skills of the person baning it, they have it down to the point, but they need a better tool. They need a pizza stone that will go to 500°C. Something like an Ooni Koda or a Enro oven. Then they will make Michelin level pizzas. Please listen and go for the new oven. The ingredients are delicious as they are, but the oven needs a change. I know you have a pizza iron, but trust me man, it's not enough, you need a pizza stone heated to 450-470°C. Get a temperature gun to measure it. With those tossing skills you can make a pizza that is next level. Or if you already have that, loose the pizza iron. Toss it onto the stone. You will get the perfect pizza, the kind that Italy would be proud of. Best of luck. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
