풍류각 K-BBQ leans into that slightly more polished Korean BBQ experience — cleaner setup, better ventilation, and a space that feels a bit more put together without losing the core energy of a grill spot. It’s still lively, still built for groups, but with just enough refinement to make it comfortable for a longer, slower meal rather than a quick, loud session. The pork belly is the anchor. Thick cuts, good quality, and grilled to that ideal point where the edges crisp up while the centre stays juicy. It’s straightforward, but done properly, which is all you really want here. The beef rib fried rice is the sleeper hit — cooked on the grill after the meat, soaking up all the leftover fat and flavour. Rich, slightly smoky, and deeply satisfying without needing anything else. Net-net, it’s a place that doesn’t try to reinvent Korean BBQ — it just executes the staples well, with one extra dish (the fried rice) that quietly steals the show.
