I truly enjoyed my visit to Rolling Pasta, a restaurant we discovered near a bustling street market. Although we arrived just after the busy lunch rush, the staff was able to accommodate us right away, providing a smooth and welcoming dining experience. I later learned that Rolling Pasta is part of a franchise, but despite that, this location had a unique charm. The restaurant’s interior design and atmosphere were warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. Their menu featured an impressive variety of pasta dishes, making it hard to choose. Ultimately, we went with Usamgyeopsal oil pasta (a fusion dish featuring thinly sliced beef belly in a flavorful oil-based sauce) and seafood oil pasta (a rich, savory pasta loaded with fresh seafood). To complement our meal, we also ordered a Gorgonzola pizza, which had a perfectly crispy thin crust and paired beautifully with the pasta sauce. For drinks, we enjoyed a super mild Baik Lager beer, non-alcohol mojito and a refreshing lemon taste cocktail, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Everything—from the flavors to the presentation—was excellent, and I would love to visit again to explore more of their menu.
