Lotteria is the only fast-food option available at Alpensia Ski Resort, making it a convenient choice for those looking for a quick meal. However, the overall dining experience at this location is quite disappointing, particularly in terms of food quality. Given its prime location within the resort, one might expect a higher standard, but unfortunately, it falls short in several areas. One of the most noticeable issues is with the burgers. They are often served cold, which takes away from the expected warmth and juiciness of a freshly made burger. The ingredients, such as the bun and patty, lack the freshness and appeal you’d hope for in a fast-food meal, making the overall taste underwhelming and unsatisfying. The fried chicken, another popular menu item, is equally disappointing. Instead of the crispy, flavorful experience you’d expect, the chicken is bland and lacks seasoning. The texture is also not up to par, with the coating failing to provide the satisfying crunch that fried chicken lovers look forward to.
