The portions are small for the price, so there is problem with value. My main complaint is that they are stingy with ketchup and if I buy cheese sticks or chicken nuggets, sauce isn’t given. I have to purchase sauce. THEY WONT GIVE ME KETCHUP UNLESS I ORDER FRIES OR A SET. I’d rather just get McDonald’s, it taste better, a little cheaper, and they give sauce and ketchup no matter what I order. Lotteria claims to value customers, but they value rules and money more! I wanted more ketchup on my over-priced burger but they wouldn’t give me one.
