It is number 1 Japanese remen house in Korea! This is my own assessment, having visited Japan dozens of times and fully appreciating the deep, authentic flavors of ramen. I would like to declare this the absolute best Japanese ramen restaurant I have visited in Korea. I had the spicy level 2, and I could feel a kick and savory flavor comparable to Ichiran in Japan. The two types of gyoza also tasted distinct, and they seemed perfectly grilled. People living in Busan don't need to go to Japan for ramen. There is no place in Seoul that does it better than this. Tonkatsu ramen broth was very deep and creamy! Noodles cooked with right amount of firmness. The pork and egg were also seasoned very well. Better than most ramen shops I've tried in Japan (personal preference as I found the ramen broth at most Japanese places to be way too salty). Food here is very good and nice cool atmosphere.
