비건이랑 밀가루 안쓰는 베이커리! 맛도 좋고 라인업도 취향에 맞아서 좋았던 매장 안에서 취식은 안될 정도로 좁아서 포장해서 가야함 Vegan and no flour dessert

This is a very small bakery that sells a diversity of dessert bakery items, mostly pound cakes, muffins and scones. There are many vegan and gluten-free options, which are also clearly labelled. For their products, they use primarily whole-grain flour, brown rice flour, coconut oil, unrefined sugar and maple syrup. I generally enjoy the taste of their bakery items. The cakes were soft, moist and had just the right amount sweetness. Prices are a bit high, perhaps due to the price of the ingredients. It is a bakery that has opened only 1 month ago. The location is small, there is no seating and only take-out is available.
