It was pouring rain so we came into this cafe to order some coffee and shelter from the rain for a while. We ordered the grape ade drink which was pretty good, and a vanilla latte which was just ok. The customer service was awful, one ajumma kept yelling at people to get out of the store. The washroom has a keycard and she snatched it out of my hand the moment I came out. There was a table that wasn’t reserved but she didn’t let anyone sit there. She was quite loud and rude to everyone the whole time we were there, which made the experience uncomfortable overall and just gave us bad vibes. Very rude staff. Ordered an ice coffee sitting at a table and got charged at telling the two of us can’t sit here as one drink means only one person gets to sit. Coffee was pre made too. Terrible. Menu was purposely misleading as it says 5.5 for a coffee instead of saying 5500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
