We were in the area and stumbled across this tonkatsu place. Was welcomed by very warm staff during a cold winter. Although it was a bit on the pricy side, it was worth it given the amount and variety of food you get. The tenderloin katsu was tender and juicy with a crispy batter. The staff were welcoming and proactive even though we were foreigners! 10/10 Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lye is a quiet and intimate restaurant with great tonkatsu (pork and fish cutlet). The staff is very friendly and food is excellent! Parking is very limited (street parking only) so don't bring a car, if possible. Seating is also somewhat limited so make reservations ahead if possible or come really early. I recommend this restaurant to those who want delicious cutlet in a very clean environment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pork Temderioim Cutlet, Deluxe Pork Sirloim Cutlet
