For a little slice (or a whole pizza) of Italy, you won't want to miss this pizzaeria in Korea. Number 1 neapolitan pizza in Korea and 88 in the world, I have to recommend this to all pizza lovers. This cute restaurant reminds me of Italian and NYC style sit ins and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Moving on to the main course, I decided to go with a Burrata Pizza as I was feeling a little cheesy today. The Pizza is as georgeous as it tastes, putting on a visual show of vibrant tomato sauce, fresh green basil, and a perfectly toasted crust dancing in gold. The dough is amazingly soft and chewy, and the flavor is incredible. I could taste every ingredient when I took a bite - the creaminess of the burrata, umami of the flavored butter they serve on the side, the smell of the basil's strong flavor - simply amazing. The Crust of the pizza has a delicately thin crispy skin, but breaking through the dough underneath is like a salty bread cloud. I used it to dip back into any sauces that had escaped the first time. The homemade pickled radish and celery helped cut through and refresh my palate every once in a while. I truly had a great time. I am ashamed to say I have finished the whole pizza by myself.
