보은에서 친구부부가 올라와서 저녁겸 간단히 반주하러 가본 린참치! 일요일이라 손님은 많지 않아서 여유있게 룸방으로 자리를 잡았네요^^ 참치회 골드로 주문하고 사케 키쿠스이 준마이를 주문~ 회는 좋은부위와 해동을 잘 해주셔서 부드러운 식감으로 맛있게 먹었네요^^ 리필은 3번까지 가능하다고 하시네요! 오래간만에 먹는 참치회라 더 맛이 있었는듯 하네요. 같이나오는 사이드 메뉴는 조금 아쉬웠네요. 특히 튀김류는 식어서 맛이 하나도 없었네요ㅜㅜ 메인에 너무 집중하셔서 그런건지~~~ 술은 조금 부족해서 소주한병 더 마시고 나왔네요! 잘 먹고 갑니다^^ A friend and his wife came up from Boeun, and I went to have a simple dinner with them for dinner! Since it was Sunday, there weren't many customers, so I settled into a room with some leisure. Order tuna sashimi gold and sake kikusui Junmai. The sashimi was deliciously eaten with its tender texture thanks to the good cuts and good thawing. They said refills are possible up to three times! It seems like it was even more delicious because it was the first time I had tuna sashimi in a while. The side dishes that came out together were a bit disappointing. Especially the fried foods were cold and had no flavor at all. Maybe it's because you're too focused on the main topic~~~ I was a little short on alcohol, so I drank another bottle of soju before leaving! I enjoyed my meal and am leaving!
