Super cute cafe in a quiet neighborhood of Mokpo. It's not officially a cat cafe but the owner takes care of many cats and they're all very friendly and like to roam around the space. The top floor is a guesthouse and it's located right next to a park. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing spot away from the bustling port.
