I went to eat Peking duck for the first time, which I had only seen and heard about on TV. When I tried Peking duck, which is something you would taste in China, the skin was crispy and the meat was thin, so it was really delicious when wrapped with the wheat pancakes that came with it. It's a taste I keep reaching for. The kitchen was clearly visible, so it was reliable, and the food was actually cooked by Chinese people, so it felt like eating there. Since there are course meals, I think it would be perfect for anniversaries or gatherings.
