Very friendly owner and fair price for snow crab. We got a 1.5 kg crab for two people at 60,000 KRW per kilo, and it was huge! The meat was sweet, savory, and really fresh. Lots of tasty banchan were included, and you can also order fried rice with the crab head. Even though English wasn’t easy for them, the service was kind and welcoming. We waited about 40 minutes since the place was full, but it was totally worth it, the crab was amazing. Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The crab was prepared very well, it was easy to peel apart the shell to get to the meat. Crab tasted especially fresh, the crab roe (green thing) is also yummy, did not taste fishy at all. They served a soup as a side dish, it was very flavourful, feels like they stewed it for days. Even though we were foreigners, the shopkeeper did not treat us differently and quoted the same as locals, as well as provided good service. If I return to Sokcho, I will definitely return!
