I always come back to Eochon Maeul, a grilled fish specialty spot near Gasan Digital Station, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Their grilled mackerel set is consistently fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The fish is grilled just right — crispy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside, with a beautiful shine that shows how well it’s prepared. Each bite was rich with natural flavor and umami. If you’re a fan of Korean-style grilled fish, this place is a hidden gem worth trying. I’ll be uploading a photo — but trust me, it tastes even better than it looks!
