Walked in for a quick bite to eat with my 14 yo son. Ordered the bacon beef burger set. Accidentally chose the cider drink thinking it was zero sugar but when we picked up the meal tray I took a sip and realized it was not a sugar free drink. I approached the service counter and asked if I may change it to a zero sugar Pepsi instead. A supervisor or manager came out and was rather stern with her no exchange policy. The fact that she spoke no English didn’t help but her “NO” was a real put off. I could see her service staff looking rather apologetically. But madam supervisor stuck to her NO and walked back into the kitchen area. Guess we will not be returning here for sure. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
