ou know, this taste is straight-up nostalgic! It's the exact same flavor I remember from visiting my grandma's house for Chuseok, like, 30 years ago when I was a kid. Just a heads-up, it might be a bit too spicy for some foreigners. But seriously, you HAVE to add the Udon noodles with the gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce. That's the only way to get that perfectly chewy texture! It takes a little while to cook, but the flavor is totally worth the wait. And when you're done, you absolutely must get the rice mixed in and fried with extra cheese! That rich, cheesy, yet spicy Korean kick is the ultimate ending – you haven't truly had Dakgalbi until you've done that.
