So first off, yes it's McDonald's. With that being said, South Korea has the biggest differences within their own stores. Another factor is if you're doing delivery or eating in. Let's start with the positive. Dinning in is actually not bad. It feels spacious and there are decent amounts of seats available. With big windows giving a good flow of natural light Staff's service level for dine-in is generally good compared to many other shops around in Seongnam and Seoul. One of the main reasons the food only gets 3 is because of the lack of consistency of their fries. Other locations, whether its lunch, evening or early night time, many other locations manage to make decent to somewhat crisp french fries. While this location is consistently serving soggy and old fries. If not old, definitely undercooked. Burgers are good, good in McDonald's good, but kind of expected. Service wise, it has happened on multiple occasions that there are no napkins, straw or ketchup when I've been ordering delivery. This makes me wonder, why is it so difficult to put in the bag? Too busy? Work smarter not harder! It just comes to show, not even McDonald's holds same standards for their own restaurants. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
