This was undoubtedly one of the best chueotang (loach soup) restaurants in the Daejeon area — easily among the top choices. The fresh kimchi was outstanding, and all the other dishes were clean and well-prepared. Eating freshly cooked stone pot rice with nurungji (crispy rice) followed by warm chueotang poured over rice felt incredibly comforting, perfect for thawing out on a chilly winter day. I was especially impressed by the warm hospitality, clean dining environment, and above all, the exceptional service. It’s a place I’d definitely love to visit again. 진짜 가마솥에 국내산 미꾸라지를 끓여서 만들어 주는 추어탕 식당입니다. 오래된 노포식당이기도 하고, 건강식으로 든든하게 먹고 싶을때 가면 좋습니다. 단골분들이 나이 많은 어르신들이라 동네 맛집 같은 곳입니다. 마당에서 가마솥 사용해서 직접 만드는 추어탕은 국내산 미꾸라지와 국내산식재료들을 사용하는 곳이라서 추가로 건강해지는 느낌입니다. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
