ホテルのグレードとはかけ離れた、残念なカフェです。注文を訊き直す事３度、挙げ句に30分近く飲み物が出てこない上、散々待たせておきながら、お待たせしました、の一言もない。 人員不足だけでなく、スタッフ教育の著しい不足がよく伝わってきました。. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered a chestnut pound cake, which was stale and not fresh, and a gin a tonic. The bar was closing in 30mins and when we went to order the waitress looked at her watch when I asked for the menu. No napkins with the cake, and not even a slice of lemon/line in the gin and tonic. Pretty poor for a hotel when they charge premium prices. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
