Mega MGC Coffee Seomyeon was a really great café experience in Busan. As a foreigner, I was a bit confused about how the card payment system worked, but the young staff member working alone handled everything very kindly and patiently. Even though it was a busy morning rush, he still took the time to help me and carefully prepared my customized vanilla latte with tapioca pearls. The customer service was truly excellent, friendly, professional, and welcoming. The drink itself was also delicious and made exactly the way I wanted it. Experiences like this really leave a good impression when traveling abroad.
