4인 테이블 3개만 놓은 조용한 유럽식 식당. 음식 수준 매우 높다고 본다(수준을 판단할 입장은 못되지만^^) 음식에 대해 코르동 블루에서 공부하신 셰프가 친절한 설명을 곁들여쥰다. 오랫만에 남자 나이 60을 바라보는 사내 셋이 3시간 가까이 느린 식사를 했다. 와인 1병 곁들여서. 예약 필수. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+

Aperitif bread, salad, pasta, and dessert are all listed as pasta prices. 16, ~18,000 expedition. Although it was a good imitation of today's set menu commonly used in Spain, it is doubtful whether many people would take the time to eat a full course meal at Hyoja Market. I think more customers would come if they released the set menu and sold only the pasta for 10,000 won. The taste of pasta is excellent. The seasoning is not excessive and the chef seems to have a good understanding of cooking in general. Judging by the sensible use of lemons and herbs in the basic water and desserts, it seems like they have a delicate passion for basic things.
