They make their fried chicken exclusively with 100% chicken thigh meat, so every single bite is incredibly tender and flavorful. It has that ultimate texture—super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—and zero gamey smell. This hidden gem of a fried chicken shop is tucked inside the market and it’s no surprise that it attracts so many international visitors. The friendly uncle who runs the stall adds such a warm, personal touch — even taking time to make small conversations with the kids and offering bite-size samples to try. And once you’ve had a taste, you’ll definitely come back for more. The chicken is freshly fried on the spot and tossed in your requested sauce, making every piece crispy, juicy, and full of flavour.
