Menya Kuma perfectly fits into the current blooming Korean Ramen scene. This small restaurant beside Ajou University probably offers the best mazesoba/mazemen in Suwon or even in Seoul. The flavors are distinctive yet not overly salty, perfectly balancing the noodle, the oily meat sauce, and the toppings. The chefs are contiously improving and tweaking the recepies, and you can always try some seasonal menus. The prices are cheaper than most Seoul Ramen places. Highly recommended place if you visit Suwon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
