(2024年11月入店) 明洞にある日本式ラーメン店に行ってみた。 前回来た時は客の回転が悪過ぎて、途中で諦めてしまったけど、今回はほぼ待たないで席に着くことができた。やっぱりカウンター席が８席しかない。 担々麺専門店のようだ。トッピングなしが₩11,000。よく見ないで、値段の高いメンマと玉子２個(₩13,500)を注文してしまった。 本当にメンマと玉子くらいしか載っていない。ゴマは使われているけど、あっさりとしていて酸辣湯風の仕上り。でも、それほど辛くない。 麺は細いストレート。腰はあまり感じない。普通に美味い。でも、ドキドキ感はない。 やっぱり、なんだか全体的に味気ないな。もっと辛かったり、ドロドロだったり、何か個性が欲しい。 後記：この店もミシュラン掲載店だった。. オープンと同時に入店しました。店内キオスクで注文。カウンター席のみ。担々麺を注文しました。細麺の棒麺です。味は優しい担々麺て感じ。濃厚ではないですが、美味しいです。少し麺が伸びて、スープが少ない感じがしました。機会があれば、醤油ラーメンもたべてみたいです。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Kid-friendliness: NO KIDS店です。 Wheelchair accessibility: 段差があり、狭いです。

[Noodle spot @Myeongdong] I suddenly had a craving for ramen and came across this restaurant! This store is a big hit @menten_ramen It was comparable to Japanese ramen, and I enjoyed the ramen as well as the chicken chashu. I got a bite of tandan noodles at a soy sauce ramen and tandanmen shop and it was delicious ramen with a hint of Japanese pepper If it's in Japan, I'll definitely come back! There are only about 6-8 seats at the counter, so you're almost guaranteed to line up. I went at a different time around 2pm, but I had to wait about 15 minutes. Still, I think it's a ramen shop where you can stand in line.
