Horrible experience. We were at the Incheon International Airport, T2. When we were about to enter, we were told to wait in the line, until the waitress serves us. We waited about a few minutes, it was 8 in the morning, the restaurant was not that busy and there were lots of free tables. Finally a man in front of us was served but not us. Then the waitress keeps ignoring our presence for another 5 min, which I could not understand... why couldn't she give us one of those many free table, when she decided to do so to the man right in front of us? At the end, we decided to go somewhere else, since we couldn't be waiting there forever. But then later, I saw some other people going in without even waiting. That's when I decided to write this review. Horrible service, no rules whatsoever, reading the reviews here, the food must be also horrible so at the end...silver lining.출국일에 인천공항 2터미널점을 이용할 뻔했습니다. 일행과 입장하려고 하니 점원분께서 막으시더군요. 본인이 안내할때까지 밖에서 기다려달라고. 저희 앞에 남자분 한 분이 더 계셨는데 뭐 어쨌든 밖에서 기다렸습니다. 식당 내부를 보니 빈 테이블도 많이 보이고 그렇게 바빠보이지도 않았지만 말입니다. 몇 분쯤 기다렸을까요. 그 점원이 오시더니 저희 앞에 기다리시던 남자분을 실내로 안내하더군요. 그리고 저희는 다시 밖에서 기다렸습니다. 한 오분은 더 기다린 것 같습니다. 대체 왜 그 분 안내할때 저희도 같이 안내하지 않은걸까 의아했습니다. 그 사이 다른 분들이 계산하려고 나오시더라고요. 저희는 실내 문앞에 서있었는데 그 점원분 저희보고 밖에 나가서 기다리라고 하더군요. 짜증나서 그냥 나왔습니다. 이 시대 갑질을 운운하기 전에 서비스 직에 종사하시는 분들은 기본 소양부터 갖추시길 바랍니다. 어찌됐든 다신 가진 않을 곳이 되었습니다. 면채반.
