This place is located close to Songdo Convensia in Incheon. It seems to focus mainly on delivery orders, but dine-in is also available. I ordered the shrimp dumplings and jjolmyeon (chewy spicy noodles). The shrimp and meat filling in the dumplings was well-balanced — each bite was juicy, chewy, and satisfying. The dumpling wrappers were pleasantly chewy as well. The jjolmyeon was fairly average, with what seemed like a bit of misutgaru (roasted grain powder) mixed in. Personally, I found the dumplings to be the highlight of the meal. The restaurant interior is quite small. When I visited, the air conditioning wasn’t on, so it felt humid inside. ⸻ 이곳은 인천 송도 컨벤시아에서 가까운 거리에 있으며, 주로 배달 주문을 중심으로 운영되는 것 같습니다. 매장에서 식사도 가능합니다. 새우만두와 쫄면을 주문했는데, 새우와 고기 속이 적절히 배합되어 한입 베어물었을 때 쫄깃함과 풍성한 식감이 느껴졌습니다. 만두피도 쫀득해서 만족스러웠습니다. 쫄면은 평범한 맛이었고, 약간의 미숫가루가 들어간 듯한 느낌이 있었습니다. 전체적으로는 만두가 더 맛있었습니다. 식당 내부는 작고, 제가 방문했을 당시에는 에어컨이 켜져 있지 않아 다소 습하게 느껴졌습니다.
