Cafe More More's souffle pancakes really are special. I've had quite a few souffle pancakes around Korea and Japan and these are the lightest and fluffiest so far. We had the Jeju Tangerine Souffle pancakes and the marmalade and homemade creme pair so we'll together with the pancakes. If I come out to the east ill be coming back for the mango souffle this time! Travelling in Jeju and driving along the coastal line, dropped by this nice cafe. Got the Tangerine soufflé and Earlgrey tea. Although it’s a rainy day, the soufflé, the tea, the atmosphere at the Cafe and the views are so well-matched and in great harmony! It’s a must-visit place on my list when visiting Jeju next time.
