The simple complexity of Japanese restaurant in Seoul South Korea, creating a slice of americano, comfort food. I have been to many restaurants in Tokyo specialized in this food genre, but never came close to how well it was executed here. This may have been the best I’ve ever had. The beauty of this meal is found in how well the chef understood the minimalism, complexity and richness of this dish. The balance was perfect perfection. The draft beer was clean, and at the correct temperature. I would not have guessed a Heineken as a great match but is was. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Everytime I visit Korea, going on a food tour is my favorite activity, and I've just found another great restaurant. I definitely want to come back here next time I visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
