New restaurant, first review! I had a takeout sashimi set along with the white kimchi nigiri and it was incredible! The fish is very fresh and spoke for itself with regards to flavor and texture. The white kimchi nigiri is one-of-a-kind: the freshness and crunch of the kimchi contrasts well with the soft fish and rice. I've never had something like this before! Good rice-to-fish ratio on the nigiri too. The soy shrimp has good flavor, but next time I'd get it as a nigiri or rice bowl to balance out the salt. Overall excellent sushi at great value.
