【2024年6月入店】 店内は広々としていて、飾り気はないけれど、居心地が良い。見た目が鮮やかな甘エビとウニの冷そば(₩18,000)を注文。 はっきりいって、これは日本そばではない。私の基準では韓国の冷麺だ。珍しくサイトをあげているので確認してみたら、そばの割合が３割とのこと…。 しかもそばは断面からすると手打ちではないと思われる。そば湯も出ない。 味付けはほんのり甘いけど、ギリギリで食べられる範囲。エビもウニも上に載っているだけで、料理としてのまとまりはない。 下には梅干しのようなものが映っているけど、茹でたミニトマト。 この店をそば店としてミシェランが紹介しているのが信じられない。しかも毎年のように掲載されている。恐らく地元人が評価したのだろう。 その一方、ミシェランはこの店を日本そば店としては紹介していない。韓国でそばといえば、冷麺のような食感が一般的なのだから仕方ないか。でもそれならば、韓国そばとして紹介して欲しい。. I celebrated my birthday here, I was just walking past the streets and I saw a vey humble door with a bright red signs that said it was a Michelin awarded restaurant. from my experience, these are quality restaurants that provided good food, good service and great people. eve before the meal arrived in our table, i can already smell it from their kitchen. i can hear the chefs plates clatter. the meal was amazing, its cheap and not overpriced, its just the tight amount of Korea’s “seoul” (soul). the ambiance reeked of people coming together to share meals, and its not full of tourists. I felt the warmth lf korea more in this restaurant than in any other places I visited. I wish I understood the launguage more, so I can hear stories from different individuals who have different stories. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
