Self serve water from the fridge. Order from kiosk -- available in select foreign languages (English and Chinese are options) Initial sides given are very small, but can go up to request more. Soup is clear and savory. Pork came out tender and hot, the filling is a little creamy, breading is very crispy and crunchy - overall savory taste and very satisfying mix of textures. The sauce is closer to the strong side, so I only dabbed a little (instead of drinking the whole thing). Protein comes pre-cut, so it's much more convenient to eat with everything. The salad dressing is on the sour side, it acts as a nice pallette cleanser, alongside the rice. Overall great meal for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful despite language barrier -- hand gestures and a little "common" sense will be enough to get by. Utensils and napkins are stored INSIDE the table, usually accessible from the short side of the table. When finished, it is expected to return trays to the front (by the counter). Would come back again -- great safety dining spot if I can't find anything else in the area. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because my experience here was really good. The cheese katsu was excellent. The pork was juicy, the coating was super crispy, and the cheese inside was rich, stretchy, and satisfying without being overwhelming. I’ve eaten quite a lot of tonkatsu in Japan, and I can confidently say this is very good quality. The shop itself is small and simple, but that adds to the charm in my opinion. It feels like a no-frills place that focuses on doing one thing well. The only downside for me was the cold cabbage on the side, which was a bit underwhelming and didn’t add much to the meal. Overall, I still think this place is worth visiting if you enjoy katsu. The quality of the main dish definitely stands out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
