Our family visited to celebrate a birthday. It was supposed to be a special occasion, but the owner's service and the restaurant's atmosphere left us with a traumatic experience we never want to relive. 1. Service Attitude The owner asked if we knew how to eat the crab. When we replied that we didn't, he frowned, sighed deeply, and said: "You could’ve just watched YouTube. I don't need to explain things because I mostly get regulars." He even said, "You're just pretending not to know," and "If you don't know how to eat it, you should have steamed it at home." It was incredibly unpleasant to receive such a demeaning response as paying customers. He also glared and sighed at other tables whenever new customers mentioned it was their first visit. 2. Atmosphere Throughout the meal, we could hear the owner shouting at and berating his staff from the kitchen. Since the restaurant is small, the hostile tone was clearly audible. This created such a tense environment that every table was eating in uncomfortable silence, constantly watching the owner’s mood. 3. Unprofessional Management When an order mistake occurred at the next table, the owner publicly humiliated the staff in front of everyone. It was deeply distressing to witness such behavior. Despite paying a fair price on a special day, we couldn't enjoy our meal at all. I regret not checking the reviews about this oppressive atmosphere beforehand. I have no intention of ever returning.
