I layover and stayed near incheon airport 1 night, and ran into this restaurant for brunch in an old block. this is the only meal i ate in Korea, except airport food. I grew up in northeast china close to north korea and lived in the usa for 15 years with 6 years near la. So ate a lot of korean food in china and LA. I am sure my food standards is very high. I thought the Korean bbq i ate in china are best Korean food until i ate the tang (soup) here. This simple unknown meet soup can beat bbq! As i don’t understand anything the auntie said, she just served me a table of pickles and a pot of soup, rice. I almost cried, on the very first sip of soup. This may be the lowest score restaurant i ever been, but THE BEST experience ever. I have been to Michelin’s, ate $300 wagu steak shit. This whole meal was only 13000wan=$10. I ate the whole pot at 9am. The pictures other people shared are very representative! Every ingredient tastes perfect and fresh. 5 STARS for sure from me. 1 million times better than incheon airport or any USA korean food. If this only deserves 4 stars, i can’t believe how good the 5 stars taste here, just can’t believe this place only has 4.1 stars.
