Founded in 1982, Milbat Bakery carries over four decades of tradition Siksinhot, and the Miin branch keeps that legacy intact. The bakery uses only natural fermentation — no preservatives or artificial additives Siksinhot, which shows in the texture and flavor. The signature item here is the Miin-ppang — a brioche-style bun filled generously with cream, dusted in castella crumbs. Dining Code Light, not cloying, and worth the visit on its own. The melon bread runs it close. Prices are reasonable, and the range is wide enough to make a trip to the nearest franchise unnecessary. TripAdvisor Old Daegu in the best sense.
